Enjoy an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation this Mother’s Day with Yin yoga, essential oils, and chakra body-scanning followed by a soothing sound bath. A wonderful way to ground and center with gentle yin yoga poses, incorporating an essential oil corresponding with the Root Chakra, guided visualization to connect both mind and body, and a droning sound bath to take you on an instrumental journey inward. A complimentary herbal beauty tea will also be served.
This is a wonderful way to spend this Mother’s Day in honor of nurturing ourselves and others. Treat yourself or a loved one to a refreshing hour of self-care.
This sound bath will also include a 32" symphonic gong, frosted crystal sound bowls, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, xylophone, and monochord. Surrounded by fresh rose petals to amplify the collective vibration and the serenity of birds singing over the canyons of Mission Hills, you'll feel the healing comfort and connection of this experience from within.
