Join us on Saturday, May 9 for a hands-on Mother’s Day Whipped Shea Butter Making Workshop in Washington, DC, hosted by Real Raw Shea.
Choose from two sessions: 12:00–1:30 PM or 2:30–4:00 PM.
Each guest will create and take home a custom whipped shea butter made with premium ingredients, including Fair Trade Certified shea butter.
In this guided, interactive experience, you’ll learn about the origins and benefits of unrefined shea butter, explore different oil bases, and create your own custom whipped shea body butter. Guests will personalize their shea butter with fragrance and color and choose from two base options.
The unrefined shea butter used in this workshop is ethically sourced from women-led cooperatives in Ghana that Real Raw Shea proudly partners with.
This workshop is designed to be relaxed, social, and beginner-friendly. It’s perfect for moms and daughters, moms and sons, friends, or anyone looking for a thoughtful self-care experience to celebrate Mother’s Day.
No prior experience is needed. All materials are included.
Space is limited to ensure a comfortable and engaging experience.
