Share time, creativity, and a few sparks in this hands-on welding experience. Together, you’ll design and weld a one-of-a-kind metal sculpture to take home. It’s a Mother’s Day memory that lasts far beyond the day.
Mother’s Day Welding Experience – C2 Fab

Celebrate Mother’s Day by spending quality time in the C2 Fab shop with a fun, hands-on welding class designed to be shared. Work side by side to discover the art of MIG welding, learn safety fundamentals, and explore basic fabrication techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment. No experience is needed—just bring your curiosity!
Together, you will choose from a variety of components and weld them into a unique metal sculpture that represents connection, creativity, and appreciation. All materials are provided, and "Mom" will leave with a meaningful piece to take home and show off.
Required Clothing:
- Closed-toe shoes with canvas or leather tops (no gym shoes).
- Long denim or 100% cotton pants (no yoga or stretchy pants).
- A cotton or wool-based long-sleeve shirt (no sythetic materials).
- For cold weather, a hoodie or other cotton or denim jacket is highly recommended, as ventilation fans can make the shop chilly.
⚠️ Please avoid wearing sythetic, nylon or polyester-based clothing (e.g., yoga pants, mesh-topped gym shoes), as they are flammable.
⚠️If you use glasses or bifocals for seeing up close, we recommend bringing a cheap pair of reading glasses (dollar-store readers work great) to wear under your welding helmet.
