Join Sashamama Wellness for a fun Mother's Day Event hosted at the Authentic Nest. Yes, everyone is a mama pregnant or postpartum ;)
Enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled event tailored for expecting and new mothers. Our experienced instructor Sasha, will guide you through a 45 minute gentle yoga flow safely curated for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Sasha will then give you a quick demo and explanation of her story as a new business owner and the WHY behind Sashamama Wellness. Products include ayurvdeic practices and non-toxic ingredients. Learn more about it here!

How do I get to The Authentic Nest?
• After you park you will enter The Cornwell Center. Take a left at the desk (if they ask, tell them you are attending class at The Authentic Nest), then walk until you go past the water fountains on your right and get to an elevator directly after the water fountains. Take the elevator to three 3rd floor (weird because our room number is 211, but just trust me). When you exit the elevator, go through the swinging doors and take the hallway to the left. You will find The Authentic Nest (Room 211 at the end of that hallway). It seems like a bit of a maze the first time you do it but it's easy-peasy after your first visit.
