Dolly will be guiding a soulful Vinyasa Flow designed to cultivate strength, presence, and inner awareness. Expect a meditative, breath-led practice that weaves movement and stillness, awakens your core, and flows with intention from one pose to the next. Every sequence is rooted in foundational yoga principles, with an emphasis on alignment, mindful transitions, and connection to breath. We’ll build heat and stability while honoring ease and the wisdom of your body. You're not just moving through postures, you're deepening your practice — finding power in softness, grace in strength, and clarity in each breath.
About Dolly:
Dolly believes in body autonomy and encourages students to honor their individual needs within the practice. With six years of experience as an instructor, Dolly's classes are inclusive, fun, and empowering. Her unique teaching style incorporates dharma, connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Dolly fosters a strong sense of community by connecting with students on and off the mat, creating a supportive and encouraging environment.
