About this Event

Live life to the fullest! Come drink some herbal tea, take a Self-care Assessment and Practice some Self-Compassion Strategies which equals Self-love and Self-investment. So excited to be able to host this Pop-up experience at the famous ATLANTA BREAKFAST CLUB Restaurant that has two locations.<h4>Engage in this both Fun and Therapeutic activity focused on: Self-compassion and Self-care which increases positive moods and emotional regulation.</h4><h4>Book Now for our next pop-up spot at Atlanta Breakfast Club. Once we book a minimum of 4 participants, confirmation of that day will be sent. In the event that only less than 3 people book for the same pop-up, you can either wait for the next event date or receive a refund.</h4><h4>In addition to ticket purchase, a Minimum purchase of $5 is required upon entry. The Managing Chef Special "$5 Breakfast Sandwiches" are offered to you as my guests. Good for groups, teams, couples and individuals.</h4><h4>If you would like to order your own dish, you will receive 15% Off on select dishes as a guest of this experience. (Note: coffee, water, juice, and other drinks will also be available to purchase) Outside food/drinks are NOT allowed!</h4>

<h4>All Experiences include: Wellness GIFTS, a SELF-CARE/SELF-COMPASSION/EMOTIONAL WELLNESS/SELF-LOVE Q&A Engagement & Card Guides/Prompts/Directives.</h4><h4>This Live Experience will remind you of self-care & self-compassion strategies that can be practiced daily, weekly, and often as you can from a holistic approach (mind; spirit; emotionally; mentally; professionally; nutritionally; physically; and socially).</h4><h4>The Self-Care Assessment entails:</h4><h4>• Engaging you in a Q & A of Self-care and Self-love activities you may or may not practice enough.</h4><h4>• You will discover areas in your life where self-care and self-love practices need to be applied or increased (including the workplace and in your relationships).</h4><h4>The Self-Compassion Directives:</h4><h4>• Engage you in Self-compassion coaching</h4><h4>• Provide Emotional Support as you share</h4><h4>• Discuss Grounding Techniques to use whenever feeling triggered</h4><h4>(Optional) We have a Virtual/Online experience as well that you can book if you are not able to make the in person ones or for future bookings.</h4>
