Following on from our hugely successful Christmas wreath workshops, Jayne & team are delighted to announce our next workshop perfectly timed for Mother’s Day.
Come and immerse yourself in the captivating world of Japanese gardening with our Kokedama Workshop with a much needed wellbeing experience. Kokedama, which translates to 'moss ball', is a traditional Japanese art form where the root ball of a plant is wrapped in moss and can be suspended in the air or displayed as a decorative centerpiece.
Our 2 hour step by step workshop teaches the art of Kokedama with supervision, understanding the nuances of this unique practice with a hands-on experience engaging in the intricate process of creating Kokedama, from selecting the right plant to preparing the roots and shaping the moss ball.
We supply all necessary tools and materials, including a variety of ferns, air plants & house plants, moss, twine and detailed care instructions for your creation.
Come and experience your creative expression and discover the joy of crafting your own Kokedama, a combination of natural beauty and artistic expression.
Workshop Details
A 2-hour session that combines learning with creativity and an added extra sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
