This event is perfect for a group friends, moms and daughters, sisters and aunts… Gather your people - let’s celebrate, and get creative together! This will be a relaxed beginner friendly workshop where we’ll work with raw clay to make some beautiful ceramic flowers.
Each guest will be working with a smooth white stoneware. We’ll be creating from slabs, and shaping petals to create decorative flowers. Milissa Beale will provide instruction, and continued guidance throughout the process as well as inspiration for your creations. Wires to fire into the backsides of your flowers will be provided. This will allow you to hang your pieces once finished.
We will have a variety of flower petal shapes that you can choose from, and cutters to help you through this process.
Flowers created will be glazed by the staff here at Beale Pottery with your choice of available colors. Examples will be on hand for reference - Eric has been a real wizard when it comes to glazes lately… we’ll have some beautiful colors for you to choose from!
This is a family friendly event - all ages welcome. Children under 7 must be accompanied with an adult to help them with their project. Each participant must purchase a spot.

*Participants can pick up their flowers on the following Saturday, or pay for shipping and have your pottery mailed to your home!
