Entrée Choices:
Chicken Marsala: Breast of chicken medallions lightly dusted in flour and pan fried, topped with a marsala mushroom cream sauce. Accompanied with garlic redskin mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans.
Fresh Grilled Salmon: 8 once salmon with a sundried tomato basil cream sauce on a bed of sauteed spinach and roasted tomatoes. Accompanied by green beans.
