About this Event
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a creative, hands-on experience at this linocut card-making workshop. In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn the fundamentals of linocut printmaking. From transferring your design to carving and inking your block, before printing your very own handmade card.
No drawing experience? No problem. A selection of pre-made designs will be provided for you to use, making this workshop accessible whether you’re a total beginner or just want to focus on the carving and printing process.
Whether you’re creating something heartfelt, playful, or bold, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind card ready to give to your mom or a loved one. All materials are provided, so you can simply show up and enjoy the process.
Join us on Thursday, May 7th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Semantics Cafe for an evening of creativity, connection, and printmaking, while making something truly meaningful by hand.
