Smarty is having a party, and you’re invited. The brightest minds of our community gather once a week to commiserate and pontificate on the issues of the day. It takes a big brain to be accepted into the Cosine Club. You have to score in the top 1% in the world on an IQ test. With such strict guidelines, some wonder how Cosine Club Founder Q. Bert Cosine can be a member. No one questions the IQ of Cosine Club President Sara Bellum, but she seems distracted by a financial problem. Is Cosine Club Treasurer P.J. Stackmoney up to no good? With all of this controversy, one has to wonder why Montessori University Professor Albert Bright would want to join the Cosine Club, but he is determined to prove himself worthy. It’s about the only thing he hasn’t accomplished. Bright is considered the world’s foremost authority on laser technology (he runs the Laser Lab at MU). Meanwhile, security guard Max L. Smart is here to make sure that everyone present is a genius, so you might have to take a pop quiz. Be ready for anything, because tonight, Cosine is a Tangent for M**der…
