Spring Fruit & Yogurt Parfait
Layers of creamy Greek yogurt, local honey, and vanilla-kissed granola topped with fresh seasonal berries and citrus segments. Light, bright, and a beautiful way to start.
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Berry Compote
Fluffy ricotta pancakes infused with lemon zest, served with a warm mixed berry compote and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Almond Cake with Macerated Strawberries
A tender almond cake served with strawberries softened in a touch of sugar and citrus, finished with a dollop of whipped cream. Simple, fragrant, and perfectly spring-like.
$145+ gst per person (for this event, tickets must be bought in pairs)
Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged for this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!
