It has helped women prepare and support their pregnancies, assist with their births and provide postpartum healing, all through a shared and supportive community. Mother’s Day Belly Dance Workshop/Brunch for You and your Mom, Daughter or Friend at NoteToSelf Wellness
Sunday May 12th, 11am-1pm
In this all-age and all-level workshop, we invite Mothers and Daughters or Mothers and Mothers to create a special bond this Mother's Day through Belly Dance. We will first learn how to access your center in order to create the focused moves, then enjoy a practice flow from one movement to the next, with amazing world beats that help us to release stress and pay homage to womanhood. Recieve a combination to practice together to remember this special shared experience. After the workshop, we will enjoy a much deserved light bites brunch with sparkling wine or non-alcoholic beverage to continue nourishing your body and soul.
