Enjoy seasonal starters such as Beetroot Carpaccio and Citrus-Cured Salmon, followed by traditional Sunday roasts including Roast Beef Rump Cap, Rosemary & Garlic Leg of Lamb, and Slow Roasted Lemon & Fennel Pork Shoulder, all served with classic trimmings. Finish with indulgent desserts like Lemon Posset or Rhubarb & Custard Paris-Brest.
