Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Session
Join Red Bird Retreats & Body of a Goddess for a spring rejuvenation retreat! You're invited to a restorative self-care experience focused on nervous system regulation and creating your own signature scent. Give yourself permission to slow down, reset, create, and connect with a community of women and caregivers.
The session will offer a unique approach to restorative yoga, sound healing, and creativity by providing each participant with the opportunity to create a luxe customized scent.
During our session, participants are encouraged to use supportive props like bolsters and towels to hold gentle poses for several minutes, encouraging deep relaxation and a nervous system restoration. Physical effort is minimal, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet. During the session, participants will be guided through a meditation to enhance and sound bath experience. Sound healing offers healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls which envelop the space. The sound frequencies enrich the meditative state which helps with clearing energetic blockages and enhances emotional release.
The session closes with a few minutes of silent integration and optional sharing. Participants will feel grounded, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.
You will have the opportunity to create your Signature Scent during a Luxe Perfume Workshop Experience. It is guaranteed to be an unforgettable, hands-on fragrance experience. Blend, pour, and name your own custom parfum in an atmosphere inspired by spring florals and a celebration of Mothers and Caregivers.

Important information, please note: After purchasing a ticket, you will receive an email with additional session information and a link to consent forms. We do require all forms to be completed prior to the event. There is a minimum of 6 participants per session in order for the session to be held on May 9th. What is Restorative Yoga/Movement?
Restorative Yoga or Movement is the practice of asanas. There will be 3-4 poses in a session which are held for longer periods of time than traditional yoga. The participant will be supported in the poses with props, blankets, and towels to assist with the process of relaxing the nervous system and decreasing feelings of stress in the mind and body. Each participant will be guided through the movements and eased into deep relaxation, allowing themselves to quiet their mind, body, and emotions.
What is Sound Healing?
Sounds healing is the use of tones and vibrations that assist in relaxation and promote balance in the mind, body, and psyche. Sound healing uses various tools (bowls, chimes, tuning forks, etc.) and” sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release”.
