Meditation & Breathwork Session

There are stories, emotions, and silent patterns we carry through the maternal line — gifts of love, resilience, and sometimes wounds that are ready to be seen and transformed. This special meditation and breathwork journey invites you to reconnect with the nurturing presence within yourself and gently explore the legacy you hold in your body and heart.

Through guided meditation, conscious connected breath, and a safe somatic space, we will:
✨ Cultivate self-mothering and inner safety
✨ Release inherited emotional tension
✨ Honor the women who came before us
✨ Create space for compassion, clarity, and renewal

This is a soft yet powerful space, open to anyone who feels called to deepen their relationship with themselves and their lineage. No previous breathwork experience is required.
