After the high energy of Mother’s Day, we gather at Flourish to create a sanctuary of self-reparenting. This space is for every woman—whether you are a mother to others or seeking to mother your own spirit. We are here to slow the rhythm of the nervous system and build a bridge between the heart’s love and the womb’s power.
The Journey:
- The Botanical Altar: We begin with a curated tea tasting, utilizing hand-blended herbs designed to warm the pelvic bowl and soothe the sensory body.
- Somatic Grounding: A guided transition to anchor your awareness, moving from the mental chatter into the steady pulse of your creative center.
- Heart-to-Womb Reiki Ritual: A collective energetic clearing focused on dissolving the guardedness around intimacy wounds. We use the "Altar of the Womb" as a place to release stagnation and invite in a new flow of connection.
- Womb Oracle & Sisterhood: A closing integration circle with reflective journaling and card pulls, honoring the collective wisdom of the women in the room.
