About this Event
Join us for a welcoming monthly workshop designed for new and expecting mothers. Each session includes learning on a key prenatal or postpartum topic, followed by a Q&A and open conversation.
- Session 1: Stress Management for Expectant and New Parents (Jan 28)
- Session 2: Pregnancy Symptoms and How to Manage (Feb 25)
- Session 3: Newborn Sleep (Mar 25)
After the workshop, participants are invited to receive a Baby Welcome Box with essential items for their newborn. This is a supportive, low-barrier space to learn, connect, and feel encouraged during pregnancy and early motherhood.
