If you’re always the one holding everything together, this one is for you.The meals, the logistics, the emotions, the mental tabs open at all times. Motherhood carries an invisible mental load that never really switches off, even when you finally sit down.
If you’re craving space to breathe, move gently through slow, supportive yoga, and be around other mums who get it, we’re hosting a small, nurturing afternoon workshop for mums in Edinburgh.
We’ll be offering gentle yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and time for shared conversation, held by two mums who understand how heavy the motherload can feel.

Who we are:
Tali
Yoga teacher and coach for over a decade, and mum to a lively 3-year-old. Passionate about helping parents (and anyone juggling too much) feel better in small pockets of time. Tali blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and mindset coaching to help people feel calmer, more resilient, and able to actually enjoy life again.
Fay
Yoga therapist, reiki practitioner, and mother of two. For the past 8 years, Fay has been holding women’s circles and teaching yoga, discovering that coming together, witnessing one another, and sharing space is the fastest way to reconnect with our true nature — and find a little community along the way.
