                    Join me for this mini retreat for mums, where you can move, unwind and relax. Whether you are 6 weeks or 6 years a mother, you are welcome just as you are. This session will flow with the season and guide you to letting go with the winds and leaves. On 8th November treat yourself to a few hours of releasing yoga, guided relaxation and plus a soothing soundbath to bring deep rest.
There will be yoga movement suitable for the postnatal body, to stretch and ease out tensions that come with new motherhood. A chance to feel good and to listen to your body. I am excited to bring in some of the womb honouring practises from my recent training too. Then we ease into an opportunity to rest in more restorative poses and a lovely long guided relaxation and sound bath. A few hours with no other demands and to feel safe and at ease. No experience of yoga is needed, just the willingness to prioritise yourself for one morning.
I'm pleased to welcome Mel to hold the soundbath, who is experienced with working with new mums.
We will also enjoy tea and snacks during the session (I'm thinking of some seasonal recipes!)
All held in the Sandys-Winsch room above the Feed cafe at Waterloo Park. A beautiful light space overlooking the park, where you can enjoy a walk before/after and add on a stop at the cafe if you choose to.
