🌸 Mother-Daughter: Intro to Womanhood Class 🌸We are so excited to invite you and your daughter to an evening of learning, growth, and connection! This class is designed to guide your daughter through the journey of puberty with a focus on understanding the four main "superpowers" of the female body:
Ovulation, Menstruation, Gestation, and Lactation.
During this event, we’ll dive deep into the first two phases—Ovulation and Menstruation—where we’ll talk about:
Recognizing signs of puberty and understanding what’s normal
How to prepare for the first period
Managing menstrual flow and different options for period care
Navigating the changes in how she might feel during these phases
We also want to help your daughter appreciate how her body is designed, especially in relation to future possibilities like motherhood. Our discussion will cover the beauty of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and how the female body functions through these processes. The Lactation section will touch on breast development and its role in breastfeeding.
To wrap it up, we’ll introduce the concept of SPICE—helping your daughter understand her spiritual, physical, intellectual, creative, and emotional growth during puberty, and how these changes help her connect with those around her.
✨ Cost: $25 per mom, with an additional $10 per daughter (1 daughter = $25, 2 daughters = $35, etc.)
✨ Each daughter will receive a special gift and a folder full of resources to continue the conversation at home.
