Main Street Waterloo and Dupaco Credit Union invite you to join us in honoring the life and legacy of Tonya McGlaughlin, a beloved friend, coworker, volunteer, and hero to our community.Tonya’s heart for service touched every corner of Waterloo. For more than 23 years at Dupaco, she became a “work mom” to many, pushing her team to be their best and helping people discover and achieve their dreams. She served our country with honor in the U.S. Army from 1985–1993, earning the Army Service Ribbon, two Army Achievement Medals, the Good Conduct Medal, and an honorable discharge.
She also gave countless hours to Main Street Waterloo, where she was recognized as a Volunteer of the Year for her dedication to making our community a better place.
In June, after a quick but courageous battle with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), Tonya left us far too soon. Leukemia patients often rely on donated blood during treatment, and your gift can mean the difference between life and loss.
This blood drive is more than an event, it’s a chance to stand together as a community, to give hope, and to carry forward Tonya’s legacy of service.
