About this Event
Give yourself the gift of care and time for you this Mother's Day weekend by joining Claire of Sun&Moon Collective and Kelsey of SoulFlowWellness for a nourishing mother’s circle. This circle will invite you to give yourself the unconditional love that you give to your children.
We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, which will be followed by a guided meditation and a sound bath. Following the sound bath, there will be time for journaling and whole group sharing. We will end the circle with card pulling, connection, and snacks.
Experience includes:
Cacao ceremony, guided meditation, sound bath, journaling, a sharing circle and plenty of time for card pulling, snacks, and connection.
Wear comfortable clothes and please bring a journal and pen or pencil.
