1) Cheese Fondue (choose one):
• Bacon Egg Cheddar – beer base, cheddar, bacon, eggs, Frank’s Red Hot
• Hot Honey Alpine – white wine base with Gruyère/Raclette/Fontina blend, hot honey, sweet peppers, prosciutto, scallions
• Wisconsin Trio – wine/sherry base with Butterkase, shallots, gorgonzola, scallions
Served with artisan breads plus seasonal fruits & veggies for dipping. (Gluten-free and vegan options available upon request.)
2) Salad (choose one):
• Bacon Parm Ranch – fresh greens, ranch, bacon, parmesan, croutons, pine nuts
• Strawberry Almond – fresh greens, strawberries, feta, raspberry walnut vinaigrette, honey-roasted almonds
• Caprese – mixed greens, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze
3) Entrée Course (choose your set):
Mother's Day Feast – Honey Dijon Chicken, Lemon Garlic Pork, Chili Peppered Shrimp, Salmon
Mother's Day Indulgence – Lemon Garlic Pork, Teriyaki Steak, Scallops, Ahi Tuna
All entrées include seasonal vegetables and signature dipping sauces, and may be paired with premium cooking styles like Coq au Vin, Court Bouillon, or Mojo.

4) Chocolate Fondue (choose one per cooktop):
• Rocky Road – dark chocolate, marshmallow crème, candied pecans, flambéed
• Wildberry Crunch – milk chocolate, wildberry purée, peanut butter

Served with a variety of sweet treats and fresh fruits. Add Sweet Additions—cheesecake, macarons, cream puffs—$5.95 each or $16.95 for all three.
Mother’s Day Special: To honor the moms we love, one mom per party receives 50% off—$37.50 for one mom (additional guests are $75 per person).
