The first days of the full-scale invasion. The suburbs of Kyiv, the village of Moshchun. Here, a pensioner found herself under fire in her own home. She wrote down everything she saw in her diary. Ruslan Gorovyi’s film gradually immerses the viewer in the atmosphere of the apocalypse and the figure of one random person facing it.
About the Director
Ruslan Gorovyi is a Ukrainian writer, journalist, and documentary filmmaker best known for founding and leading the TV program Criminal News on the 1+1 channel and for his socially engaged documentaries that capture Ukrainians’ struggles and resilience. His works have earned him recognition as one of Ukraine’s prominent voices in contemporary media, blending storytelling with civic engagement.
