Are you ready to explore your creative side at a Mosaic Workshop? Join us at Topoly's Italian in Gloucester for a unique workshop where you'll learn how to decorate a picture frame using various mosaic techniques. Your ticket also includes a pasta dish and glass of fizz to enjoy before the crafting begins.
Don't worry if you're new to mosaic- this activity is perfect for beginners! You'll have a variety of glossy and matt tiles as well as glass and ceramic shapes to create a mosaic frame to reflect your style and lovingly display your photos.
The process of cutting and placing tiles is not only fun but also therapeutic, allowing you to relax and express your creativity. This workshop is perfect for a little crafty get together with family or friends or come solo and meet some new people!
As with all crafting, there’s the potential for a bit of mess, so please bear that in mind when you choose your outfit. There’s no previous experience required- this is a workshop for any skill level. I will support you along the way!
At the end of the workshop I will explain the grouting process and give you your goodie bag with all you need to grout and finish your mosaic piece at home. Come along with family, friends or solo- there will be plenty of folks to chat to!
Timings:
6.15pm Arrival and glass of prosecco
6.30pm Dinner is served
7.15pm The crafting begins
We will aim to finish up the evening by 9.30pm
Your ticket includes a glass of Prosecco and a pasta dish, choose from the options below:
- Tagliatelle Topoly’s (GFA)
Thin strips of pasta with ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, cream, béchamel sauce, white wine, mixed herbs and parsley.
- Spaghetti Bolognese (GFA)
Made with minced meat, tomatoes, onions and wine.
- Penne Napoli (GFA, Vegan, Vegi)
Napoli sauce, cherry tomatos, garlic, italian herbs & olive oil.
- Ravioli Alla Romana
Chicken, Napoli sauce, cream, mushrooms, egg yolk, white wine and mixed herbs.
