Missed Classes & Cancellation Policy

Missed Classes: If a student misses a class, refunds or make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are accessed on a case by case basis.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the workshop are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days there will be no refunds.

Cancellations by Instructor: If a single class or the entire workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), we will issue a prorated refund or rescheduled date.

The workshop requires a minimum number of participants to run. If a workshop does not meet the required sign-ups 48 hours before the scheduled start, it may be canceled, and all registered students will receive a full refund.

Info: This beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamentals of mosaic art, perfect for those with little to no experience. Participants will learn essential techniques, including selecting and cutting tiles, arranging patterns, and grouting. The class will cover basic design principles and provide step-by-step guidance to create a 12 x 12 mosaic piece. All materials will be provided, allowing students to focus on creativity and hands-on learning in a relaxed, supportive environment.
