Join Judy Vazquez at The Local Art Gallery on Sunday, April 26 from 1-4pm to make a Mosaic Hanging Garden Pendant.
Create a beautiful piece to grace your outdoor garden or hang indoors! Whether you are new or have taken a mosaic class before, this class is ideal for you! No cutting of glass needed.
Judy will be teaching you how to place and attach pre-cut glass to acrylic for a hanging piece that is weather resistant and sparkles in the sunshine. Various sizes of round or oblong bases will be offered to choose from and hooks for hanging will be supplied.
$45, all materials included. Ages 7+ with adult accompaniment. Be sure to wear clothing that may get grout or glue on it. All can be washed out.

Artist Bio:
Judy Vazquez is a mosaic artist who lives in Northampton, Massachusetts and spends a portion of the year on Anna Maria Island. Her inspiration comes from spending time on Anna Maria Island and hiking in nature in the northeast. She sees her art as a tool to transcend and bring peace to the observer while stirring the imagination. She creates mosaic mirrors, mandalas, nature scenes, stepping stones for indoor and outdoor sacred spaces, and unique rings.
