My background is based on diverse studies of somatic, trauma-informed, and holistic healing practices. I'm a certified Feldenkrais Method and somatic coach. Contact Improvisation has been my primary practice for more than seven years. My passion is the architecture of learning spaces - containers where learning and growth happen naturally.
