On the menu tonight:
Smoky Eggplant and Bean Dip with Yogurt Flatbreads
- for vegetarians, vegans or food lovers- the perfect dip or spread
- the yogurt flatbreads are as easy as pancakes with TWO ingredients
Moroccan Chopped Salad
- bright, fresh, crisp- cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, cumin vinaigrette. If you love Greek salad, you’ll love it.
Chicken Tajine with apricots, medjool dates and preserved lemons.
- It has the classic Moroccan combination of sweet and savoury flavours-warm spices, saffron, green olives and preserved lemons.
Couscous with fresh herbs and toasted almonds
Almond Semolina Cakes with Lemon Syrup
- amazing with ice cream or fruit, or both
- for vegetarians, vegans or food lovers- the perfect dip or spread

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
