DEMONSTRATION EVENT.

On the menu today:
Pain D'epices and Cointreau Sauce: A spiced French quick bread similar in style to gingerbread, paired with a decadent sauce
Buche de Noel: A Yule log or bûche de Noël is a traditional Christmas cake, often served as a dessert, especially in France!
Pompe a L'Huile: A sweet bread from Provence with olive oil and orange blossom water.
An appetizer plate of cheese, crackers and spread will be served at the begining of the class. Enjoy those amazing desserts with a cup of tea while watching chef demonstrating!
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)
Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged during this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!.
