Unwind and release in this grounding yoga class designed with kink and beginner friendly care in mind. Together, we’ll explore slow, intentional movements and longer holds that target the hips and legs—areas that often store tension from play, daily stress, or simply the weight of being in our bodies.
This practice welcomes all levels and bodies, creating space for deep release, improved flexibility, and mindful awareness. Expect a slower pace with breathwork and guided stretches that help you strengthen or ease into the body. There will be one portion of repetition added into the series.
