Join us for a beautiful gentle Vinyasa flow on the sand where the soothing sound of the waves and warm sunshine will guide you through a rejuvenating practice.
Arrive 5 minutes before class start.(meeting point on the sand at the green Lifeguatd tower marked "4th St.".
