Morning Yoga

Start your day with yoga! Gently wake up your body and mind with slow flow and mindful stretching.

Please bring a bottle of water, a towel if needed, and a yoga mat. Mats are available to rent for $5.

When you arrive, remove your shoes at the door and place your belongings in the cubbies. You’ll be checked in at the entrance.

Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street in downtown Ann Arbor, next to the railroad tracks. Free parking is available in our lot. Look for the black door marked 22 with the red Mayan calendar.
