Join us at this gentle guided meditation group to welcome in the new year. There a 7 - 10 minute walk into the woods, then we then have 2 guided meditations and some mindfulness activities engaging with the natural surroundings. The circle is held around a fire and has bench seating and partical covering. It's a beautiful way to start your weekend. People from all walks of life are welcome with or without experience. Come with an open mind leave with an open heart. You're welcome to walk in the woods before or after the event. The circle includes:

Time:10.30am - 12pm (arrival 10.15am so we an walk into the woods together)
Meet at The Hatch Cafe in the woods, bring a blanket and wrap up warm. The woods will be closed to the general public, but is open for this cirecl only. You'll be met there by Sally
