About this Event
The 5Rhythms is a practice of being in your body that ignites creativity, connection & community. No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience necessary. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled so that we can all begin together and on time.
St. Mark's Church is the second-oldest church building in Manhattan and has supported an active artistic community since the 19th century.
We hold a limited amount of first come first serve tickets at the door. If a class is sold out, please come as early as 8:45am to claim a door ticket. When we have reached capacity, we will close admission. No entry after 10am.
