About this Event
Curious about the circular economy, but not sure where to start?
This 90-minute interactive workshop is designed for organisations and individuals who want to move from good intentions to practical circular business action — without needing expert knowledge, perfect data, or a full strategy in place.
Using the “First Circular Business Move” canvas developed by Evelina Lundqvist at The Good Tribe, you’ll be guided step by step through a simple, structured process to identify one meaningful opportunity and turn it into a concrete first action.
During the session, you will:
- Clarify why circularity is important for your business right now and identify where value is currently lost
- Spot opportunities to create new value — financially, strategically, and environmentally
- Define one realistic circular action you could take
- Commit to a clear next step within 7 days
--> By the end of the workshop, you will have: A simple circular action idea tailored to your business and a test or pilot concept to generate real learning + next step you can take immediately
This workshop is ideal for:
- Micro, Small and medium-sized businesses
- Start-ups and early-stage ventures
- Teams in operations, sustainability, innovation, or leadership
- Anyone at a beginner or exploratory stage of circular economy work
You don’t need prior experience with circular economy — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Why this workshop: This is a hands-on, facilitated session with a mix of guided individual reflection, simple structured exercises and peer exchange. The focus is on clarity through doing, not theory. Many organisations get stuck between ambition and action — overwhelmed by complexity or waiting for the “perfect” moment to begin. This workshop is designed to make circularity feel super hands-on, accessible and actionable. Real progress starts with one well-chosen step! This is where you’ll create that step!
