Join Shane Aspegren for a revitalizing morning sound bath tune-up session that combines mindfulness and deep listening with a stimulating somatic experience. With over 20 years of advanced trainings, research and practice in a range of healing and wellness modalities including therapeutic sound, yoga (over 600 hours of teacher training including Meridian Yoga Technique), meditation, breathwork, and support / harm reduction / coaching for expanded states, Shane will guide you towards balance and vitality for the day ahead.
Through ONDO, Shane has worked with a long list of private clients, wellness centers, studios, hotels, public institutions, and retreats, as well as collaborating closely with psychotherapists (and other healing practitioners) as a complimentary modality with other therapeutic techniques.
