I am offering one morning sound a month at half price (£10)
An hour’s sound bath followed by an invitation to stay behind for some light nourishing snacks to help integrate and ground the session and to develop a sense of community around these offerings. Please note kheer will not be served.
Sound baths are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help us to reconnect back to our essence at a very deep level. Each sound bath is a unique expression of the Now moment, coupled with the energy of the group constellation. Its an intuitive sound emergence. I allow what wants to come through to be expressed by weaving healing sounds and tones and light language using my voice and an assortment of other instruments that call me in the moment. These include Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shriti box, rattles, rain-sticks and shamanic drums.
