Shannon is a passionate yoga teacher trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, & Yin Yoga, offering somatic, breath-led practices rooted in presence and devotion. Her classes blend traditional foundations with intuitive flow, incorporating gentle ritual and intentional transitions that invite students into deeper listening, embodiment, and remembrance.
