Join us for a morning meditation and breathwork gathering in the garden led by Julie Vincent, from Pause + Purpose. Learn to use grounding breathwork and asanas, guided visualization and meditation to bring awareness to the body, improve focus, and stabilize emotions; and leave feeling calm and clear, ready to take on your day.Reservations are required. This event is free and open to the public. Class is suited for all levels. Please bring a mat, journal and pen, water and blanket. Meditation pillows and bolsters will be provided. This event will be outside in the nursery.
