About the Class

Co-led by Lynn Mull, Bianca Dusic, and our Store Legacy Ambassador Sarah Huntington, this session will help you release stuck energy, invite ease into your mind and body, and seek inner peace. Experience yoga, breathwork, and reiki to LET GO + FLOW with us.

Our purpose is to support your journey towards inner peace through three different modalities. Letting go creates space for newfound joy no matter what phase of life you are in. We are excited to connect, LET GO + FLOW with you all (in real life).

About the Instructors

Lynn Mull

Lynn Mull is a Holistic Career Coach, Author, Facilitator-Speaker. Lynn advocates for personally-defined success. After nearly 25 years as a Wall Street Executive leading People Development, Merger Integration and Change Management, she recognized that balancing a multitude of personal and professional goals without wellness practices caused a decline in her mental, physical and spiritual health.
During a season of simultaneous motherhood and caregiving, Lynn researched and developed methods for her own stress relief while redefining life's major milestones. Lynn's mission is to use tools for clients to see their goals flourishing in a way that fits into their life at this stage. Most importantly, her coaching leads to aligned action with results.

Bianca Dusic

Bianca Dusic is a Mindset & Transformation Coach. With certifications in Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Breathwork, Past-Life Regression and Health Coaching, she uses different tools and techniques to reprogram the subconscious mind to create long lasting changes. The aim of her work is to calm the nervous system and to release limiting beliefs, anxiety, fear, grief and past traumas stuck in the subconscious mind and body, and to support true, lasting mind-body integration.
Bianca is the founder and owner of bWithin, a space where she can guide others using all the tools and techniques she has mastered over her many years of self-healing. bWithin is founded upon the belief that we each hold the power to change with the proper support, tools, and guidance. Bianca's strength is in guiding others toward harmony between mind, body and spirit. It is her great passion to provide these tools, and help create a space in which to embrace self-love, peace, abundance and joy, to discover and empower your true self, starting from within.

Sarah Huntington

Sarah Huntington is a Teacher, Professor, Yoga Instructor and Meditation/ Mindfulness Facilitator. With 20+ years experience teaching English literature, multiple advanced degrees in education, social emotional wellness, and literature, 200 YTT from Saraswati’s Yoga Joint and MMTCP trained, she brings a wide range of wisdom to her classes. She aims to create spaces where people can experience and explore their own inner wisdom. Her commitment to yoga in all areas of her life, and her ability to combine philosophy, poetry, healthy alignment, smart sequencing and heart-felt intention into every yoga class is what many students appreciate. Sarah’s investment in life long learning, and her deep curiosity for the world around her are pillars to her own practice.
