About this Event
Set your intention for the day through an energizing fluid practice to align your body and mind for what lies ahead.
In this morning class we will flow, balance, breathe and move some energy to carry our intention throughout the rest of the day.
Join us for an 8-week journey designed for progressive growth, with each class focusing on specific aspects of your practice. Whether you're committed to the full course or simply dropping in, this program offers flexibility to accommodate your individual needs and goals.
We practice aboard an anchored boat on Lake Rummelsburg. Weather permitting, we'll practice on deck, immersing ourselves in the fresh air and gentle lake breeze as we gaze out over the water. What a beautiful way to flow!

Begin your journey on April 18, 2024, or join us at any point thereafter and continue for the next 8 weeks. Whether you start with us from the beginning or drop in later, you're welcome to join our sessions at any time.
Every Thursday from 10:00 - 11:00
How to prepare:
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
- On board, we have changing rooms and toilets.
- Come in comfortable clothes and bring your own mat and water bottle.
