Join us for our Union Market Residency in Washington, D.C., where we’re making yoga accessible beyond traditional yoga spaces.

FlowWell Community Agreements
At FlowWell, we practice in community — and that means showing up for one another with care, presence, and respect. Here’s what we ask of every participant:
We are a start-to-finish community.
Our expectation is to move together from our first collective breath to our last collective breath. Please plan to stay for the full class.
Running late?
We begin about 2–5 minutes after the posted time to allow for a brief grace period. If you’ll be more than 10 minutes late, we kindly ask that you join us for another class out of respect for the space and flow.
Filming your practice?
We love seeing your practice on the feed! Just make sure it’s okay with your neighbor if they’re in your shot. And please avoid texting, FaceTiming, or scrolling during class — if it’s urgent, step outside and return when you’re ready.
Show up with presence.
Our community thrives on consideration and care — the foundations of moving through this human experience together. Bring an open heart and a willingness to be here, fully.

Complimentary Ticket Policy:
We believe yoga should be accessible to all. A limited number of complimentary tickets are available each class. However, if you RSVP for a free ticket and no-show more than once, you will no longer be eligible for complimentary tickets in the future.
Waiver of Liability:By registering for Unity Flow sessions, participants acknowledge and agree to waive any liability against SJ Bradberry LLC, FlowWell Yoga, Union Market DC, and their respective instructors, staff, and affiliates for any injuries or damages that may occur during the yoga sessions. Participation in yoga activities carries inherent risks, and attendees participate at their own risk. In addition, by accepting this wavier you accept the right to use photos taken at the event across the LifeWell Ecocystem.
