This workshop introduces you to performing asanas on hammocks, allowing you to build strength, flexibility, and balance in a fun and supportive way. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each posture with care, offering modifications and support to suit every level. The session closes with a calm mind practice to leave you refreshed, grounded, and ready to take on the day with positivity. Dress Code Wear any comfortable clothing that will permit easy movements. Avoid loose bottom wear. Socks are optional. We have a changing room on site (No showers are available) Food/Beverage You can eat a light snack/fruit or any beverage at least 2 hours before the class. Avoid oily food before the workshop. We have filtered water at the studio. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle. Please note: Our sessions are device-free to help you immerse in the experience. You’ll have time to click pictures once it concludes.
