Many children find it hard to recognize and express their emotions and they often feel stressed and anxious, angry and afraid. Learning to apply simple meditation techniques to develop a calm and peaceful mind, and applying some of Buddha’s teachings on wisdom and compassion can help your children learn to navigate these uncertain times and develop skills that will help them develop their self-esteem and resilience.
In this course, Laurie will use her experience as a parent and teacher and Buddha’s time-tested teachings to share insights that you can use right now, to help you and your family be happy, healthy and positive. The course will include a talk, guided meditations and time for discussion.
