Morning Community Yoga at Prospect Park

Join us for a rejuvenating morning yoga and mobility class at Prospect Park! This session blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with mobility exercises designed to help you feel better in your body, prevent injuries, and improve muscle tone and stability. We’ll also focus on relaxation to leave you feeling restored. All levels are welcome, with modifications provided to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat (or towel if you prefer)

• Comfortable clothes for movement

• Water to stay hydrated

• Optional: Blocks and straps
