This class blends easy-to-follow dance routines with upper-body focused exercises, giving you a lively cardio session that also builds strength and confidence.
No dance experience needed — just bring good vibes and be ready to move!
One of the unique things about our class is the changing scenery. We rotate between beautiful Cape May locations to keep every workout fresh and exciting:

- The Cove
- West Cape May Beaches
- Kiwanis Park
Each session has a slightly different feel depending on the spot — making every class a little adventure!
Exact location is emailed/texted to all registered attendees once booked.
