Join Caplena and The Research Running Club for an energising morning 5K before the conference day begins 🔋
And all are welcome to the run club base at Caplena's booth (Stand 14) throughout the entire conference, pre & post run! ☕
This is a friendly morning run for market research professionals who fancy starting the day with fresh air, lovely company, and a bit of movement before the conference buzz takes over.
It’s relaxed, social, and open to all paces. Run it, jog it, take it easy, chat your way round. The point is not performance, it’s connection with your fellow IIEX attendees! ✨
Think canals, bikes, ferry views, and trainers on before the city fully wakes up. Just good conversations, easy movement, and a shared start to the day 🌅
Come for the group photo and the good mood. We’ll keep the pace social and make sure nobody feels left behind 🏃♀️➡️

- 👟 Distance: 5K
- ⏱️ Pace: Social and relaxed. Run, jog or walk.
- 🎫 Who can join: Everyone attending or exhibiting at IIEX Europe is welcome! This run is about community, connection and momentum.
- 📍 Meeting point: The open space outside Amsterdam Centraal on the IJ-zijde, by the free ferries to Amsterdam Noord.
Useful details:
🧭 Meeting point location: Exit Amsterdam Centraal on the IJ-zijde / north side towards the ferries.
We’ll gather in the open area before the ferry boarding lanes, near the Buiksloterweg ferry signs.
Look out for the TRRC x Caplena group wearing our matching blue run club t-shirts! 😎
🗺️ Run route: TBC. The final route will be shared with registered participants before the run.
🙏 Timing note: Please arrive a few minutes early if you can. We’ll start promptly so everyone can get back in time for the conference day.

Participants will have the chance to receive a co-branded Research Running Club × Caplena T-shirt, designed especially for this event.
T-shirts are offered on a first-come basis and allocated by size through registration.
