About our teacher
Julia is a + 600 hrs certified holistic yoga instructor with a background in well-being, movement, and creativity education. She has been sharing her love for yoga, wellness and art at Absalon through regular classes and weekend workshops for the past 3 years. She creates a welcoming space where everyone can feel comfortable to grow and thrive in their practice.

Note: During January-February 2025 Julia will be assisting a yoga teacher training in India. Classes continue as usual with our sweet substitute teachers Sita and Naomi.
